    Our Dispute Resolution process consists of multiple stages:
    Stage 1: Dispute Notification and Attempted Resolution
    The party seeking a return and refund (the "Claimant") must notify the other party (the "Respondent"), typically the jewelry retailer, in writing, of the dispute, specifying the issue, and the desired resolution.
    The Respondent acknowledges receipt of the notice and responds within a specified period (e.g., 14 days) with its position on the dispute and its proposed resolution.
    Stage 2: Mediation Phase
    If the dispute remains unresolved after the initial notification and response, both parties agree to engage in a formal mediation process.
    The parties jointly select a qualified and impartial mediator with expertise in jewelry-related disputes. If they cannot agree on a mediator, they may turn to a reputable Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider for assistance.
    The mediator schedules and conducts mediation sessions, facilitating communication between the parties, helping them identify their interests, and assisting in negotiations.
    The goal of mediation is to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. If an agreement is reached, it is documented in a written settlement agreement.
    Stage 3: Arbitration Phase (If Mediation Fails)
    If mediation does not lead to a resolution, or if one party refuses to participate in mediation, the dispute proceeds to formal arbitration.
    The parties jointly select a qualified and impartial arbitrator or a panel of arbitrators experienced in jewelry disputes. If they cannot agree on an arbitrator, they may turn to a reputable ADR provider for appointment.
    The arbitration process is conducted in accordance with agreed-upon rules and procedures, typically outlined in the arbitration clause of the purchase agreement.
    The parties present their cases, including evidence, witnesses, and legal arguments, to the arbitrator(s) in a structured manner.
    The arbitrator(s) render a final and binding decision (the "Arbitration Award") based on the evidence and applicable law. The Award may include provisions for the return of jewelry and the refund amount, if applicable.
    Stage 4: Implementation of Award
    If the arbitration results in an Arbitration Award, the parties are legally bound to abide by it.
    The party ordered to refund the purchase amount and accept the return of the jewelry must do so promptly and in accordance with the Arbitration Award.
    Stage 5: Enforcement and Legal Action (if necessary)
    If a party fails to comply with the Arbitration Award, the prevailing party may seek enforcement through the appropriate legal channels.
    Stage 6: Confidentiality
    All communications, documents, and proceedings related to the arbitration and mediation process are confidential, and the parties agree not to disclose such information to third parties.
    1. Modification of Terms

    Tesori Lucenti will notify customers under the loyalty program via email of any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions.

    These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted by our certified ASIC accountant.
